Commercial architects
Offices, shops, hospitality and tourism buildings that work hard for their owners and tenants, from Nicholson Offices to the Bellarine Chocolate Co.
JAM Architects designs commercial buildings in Melbourne and Geelong, including offices, retail, hospitality and tourism projects. Examples include Nicholson Offices in Brunswick East (5 levels, over 3,000 m², designed to a 5 Star NABERS target), Chapel Street in Prahran and the Bellarine Chocolate Co. on Point Richards Road.
Commercial architects
A commercial building has to earn its keep: flexible floors that lease, efficient services, and an address that tenants and customers want to be at. We design for all three from the first sketch.
Nicholson Offices, the only office building in the East Brunswick Village master plan, has five open-plan levels that can be configured in many ways, end-of-trip facilities and an all-electric design driven by a 5 Star NABERS target.
Our commercial work runs from street-front retail in Prahran and Oakleigh to regional tourism on the Bellarine, and to the interiors of our clients' stores and offices.

What we design
Flexible, efficient office buildings such as Nicholson Offices, with city views and NABERS performance.
Retail buildings and podiums on Chapel Street, King Street Oakleigh and in mixed use precincts.
Destinations such as the Bellarine Chocolate Co., a new tourist attraction for the Bellarine Peninsula.
Office fit-outs designed with the building, including our own Richmond studio. Interior design & fit-out
Store design for brands including Georg Jensen and Diana Ferrari.
Planning permits for commercial and mixed use buildings, and VCAT representation where needed.
