Our master plan for the Returned Soldiers and Sailors Mill in Newtown covers a riverside site of around three hectares.
The plan keeps the heritage facades, chimney and sawtooth roofs, adds terraced new buildings, streets and arcades, opens public access to the river and hides parking below. It brings together retail, commercial, childcare and housing to create a community hub for Geelong.
