Fasteners Way "completes the northern edge of East Brunswick Village and is the first purely residential building." A contemporary brick facade is reached via a landscaped laneway that honours the site's history, entered through a two-storey brick arch.
The design prioritises sustainable living, combining renewable energy and offsets with passive and efficiency measures. Each building in the village has its own address and character reflecting the site's past, present and future.
