A single storey home arranged as three pavilions around a central courtyard, which forms a private retreat at its core. Clean lines are paired with classic forms - proportioned framed elements, a low-pitched roof and carefully detailed finishes.
Planned to make the most of a standard 16 x 40 m lot, it can be adapted to context or other site sizes. The pavilions are distinct but linked, so spaces can be opened up or closed off; the middle pavilion is the focal point, with large windows bringing in light and views in every direction.
A tactile palette of grounded masonry and warm timber includes curved brick walls and staggered 'hit and miss' brickwork that define the courtyard's living spaces.
