The residence provides "a generously sized contemporary residence for a family" by building on an adjacent vacant lot beside the family's long-standing Kooyong home. The brief was to keep all the amenity of the existing 5-bedroom house in a more compact dwelling on a much smaller site.
Largely hidden from the street, it is reached by a winding driveway and walkway behind a discreet Moralla Road frontage, giving the owners privacy and security.
Key facts

- Replaces the amenity of a 5-bedroom family home in a more space-efficient layout
